Atousa Jam
Atousa Jam is a British Iranian entrepreneur and fashion expert with a strong presence in the creative industries. Educated at Institut Le Rosey in Switzerland and later in Paris, she studied fashion and psychology before completing advanced business and marketing studies in the UK.
She is the founder and CEO of Atousa Jam Ltd, a boutique PR agency that has worked with global luxury brands including Tiffany & Co., Richemont Group, Canali, and Bugatti. Her career spans luxury events, film, and talent management, having represented Cannes-winning actors and supported major film campaigns.
In 2024, she served as a jury member for the SIFFA Independent Film Festival in London, affirming her influence in fashion, cinema, and luxury branding. Fluent in English, French, and Farsi, Atousa blends cultural insight with a strategic approach to media, style, and communication.
Kamran Pahlavi
Born in Paris and a graduate in hotel management, Kamran Pahlavi is the grandson of the Shah of Iran and brings to the KCA team a unique and far-reaching international network. A seasoned entrepreneur, he has founded and led multiple ventures across industries — including a luxury watch brand, a sneaker company, and several restaurants in New York, Los Angeles, and Marrakech.
In addition to his hospitality and lifestyle ventures, Kamran has spearheaded real estate development projects across various countries. Now based in Morocco, he continues to identify and pursue high-potential investment opportunities across the region.
